Edge Transitions Programme

Recognising the significance of the critical life transition from school to adulthood, the Edge Transitions Programme offers a full-time, specialist day programme for school leavers who are autistic and/or have other additional support needs (ASN).

The Transitions Programme provides a holistic, vocational approach specifically designed to support this crucial transition, guiding them along positive pathways towards their positive destinations.

Our mission is to motivate change, develop independence, and ensure a successful transition through a practical and supportive life skills programme.

This is a 2-year full-time programme taking place Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) for 51 weeks each year.
